I’m moving to Birmingham soon to be closer to my job and am looking for apartments that are not going to police me if I want to smoke in my apartment or on my balcony (not cigarettes, if that helps.) Obviously, theyre not going to advertise that, so I’m having a hard time finding what I’m looking for. I’m 25 female, and hoping to live in a downtown neighborhood where I can walk to bars/restaurants.

Any places you’ve lived that you recommend?
