Has anybody had any lapse in online accessibility or weird things happening with their water board accounts since the swap and layoffs? I swear I updated all my account info to new phone number, new billing address, new login info right before the transition, but when I tried calling recently all my info was back to the old profile info and it’s got me in my head. Even my account number is different?Can’t tell if I made it up in my head or if there was some sort of data loss in the transition.
