I called DOLE Cebu today to complain about my korean employer refusing to give me a revision of COE by ignoring my requests. It took hours but I was able to call from Labor Relations and we had a convo. I was told I’ll be called back and they also reviewed my SeNA whilst the call was happening.

I expressed my frustration that I was about to pass my COE to the public school last friday, and until now (Monday) I’m still left on delivered even though I messaged for the final time for a follow up. I had to explain to the school‘s HR what’s going on and gladly they were chill on it.

I put everything in the SeNA form, that refusal of giving COE may cause the delay of my Deped employment.

I want to know how long they call back? I thought they were calling back in a couple of hours but it’s already 5pm.
