both of these fish were bought yesterday pic 1-3 is fish one 1 fish 2 is in pic 4

fish 1 looks sick to me but i’m new to angel fish is it ok?

first picture shows my Angel with what kinda looks like fin rot to me, the second is a different fish bought at the same time. wasn’t sure if i should pull the one with weird looking fins or not
