SUGGESTION REQUIRED

So i got good ranks in aeee and viteee, ranks are elgibile to get ece in both with slab 1(HS quota include) and category 1,my mains didn't go well i got to just clear the general cutoff and im preparing for jee adv its decent but not bad imo. So i have cuet on 12 May my doubt should i appear for it is there any colleges in it better than these backup so please enlighten me im kinda in crossroad situation either write or no.

Doubt

It is easy question but im getting the wrong perspective, so basically proton is moving helical path with its axis as y and its plane as xz.

Why 2nd statement is wrong as helical moves through xy plane we get x as positve and negative and 3 isnt right. and when asked Gemini it said the helic's centre as (-r,0,0) i couldnt understand this
