Sniffling / sneezing / eye closed cat
Hi!
I have three cats. One (F) is completely fine, one (F) started sniffling and sneezing a couple of days ago. I assumed it was allergies, because so did I and half of the other cats dogs and horses I hear about, as the pollen count is insane where I am right now. Said cat’s symptoms are not getting worse. My third cat (M) I found sniffling and sneezing and sleeping (unclear if more than usual) today when I got home, one eye closed and a bit teary. He clearly wasn’t feeling well and accepted comforting from me, which is atypical.
Could it be allergies, or are they sick? Does it need immediate attention, or can it wait until Monday (wishful thinking) overnight?
Emergency rooms are not very accessible where I am
All cats are neutered, no changes in feed, gastrointestinal allergy in the M, they don’t go out, but they do have a catio.

- cats are all mixes, the two affected are normal weight, 2-3 years old, the boy can feel rough from the allergies sometimes, had a comprehensive check a few months ago and all tests were normal. The girl also had comprehensive health testing done recently with no remarks. Vaccinated per vet recommendations i.e. not just rabies but dont know what else.
