I unchecked all boxes but this still skips parts of the video that i dont even want. Ads are fine but skipping during the video is so annoying

I just updated from 560 to 604 and im trying it on 1080p content but i literally see no difference at all. Nothing changes even a little bit. Any chance its just not working? I havent done factory reset after update. Maybe i should?

Ive read people say it makes a big difference but i literally see nothing in 1080p movie or anime
