This questionnaire is part of a research study that aims to examine how users engage with artificial intelligence (AI) tools especially text-based (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, etc) and how this engagement relates to their level of trust in AI-generated outputs.
Artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and others are increasingly used in daily activities, including studying, working, and decision-making. This study seeks to understand how frequently and in what ways individuals use these tools, as well as how much they trust the information generated by them.
Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. All responses will be kept anonymous and will be used solely for academic purposes. There are no right or wrong answers; therefore, you are encouraged to respond honestly based on your personal experience.
As for this questionnaire, there will be 3 sections:
- Section A - Introduction
- Section B - User Engagement
- Section C - Trust in AI Outputs
