Your character is walking by, in no rush to reach their individual point B. Somewhere, at a quiet moment in space they see him, his presence is in of itself unnatural, it seems as if you are close enough for him to tell if you're present. He remains looking up mesmerised at the horizon, truly overdressed for his setting in the middle of nowhere, but snazzy nonetheless
