Is this a good idea for a first car?

My grandma said she’ll go half and half with me. I live in PA and my only two concerns are gas prices and bad in the winter but other than that this looks like a pretty good buy.

Random PC Issues Please help!

Over the past week I've been having random issues with my pc and I'm not sure if other people have heard of or seen these issues but its genuinely infuriating how many issues I've been having and I just have no clue how to fix them. I just want to be able to play on my pc and not have so many issues. Its also so annoying because I have general pc knowledge and I built this computer but these issues are just so annoying I dont even know where to start at this point. For point of reference my pc specs are Ryzen 7 9800x3d with a 5070ti, 32gb g skill ddr5, gigabyte b650 gaming x ax v2, and a 850 watt msi mag power supply.
Issue #1- Random Crashing

I know it might sound generalizing but I feel like there is something to go off here. I added a screenshot of my event viewer showing that Ive had kernel level crashes since the beginning of my pc but its also been crashing randomly, and it seems to have happened more and more as of 5/7. I tried to go through regular fixes for this like updating bios, checking temperatures under load, and updating graphics drivers but it didnt fix it. Any help is appreciated.

Issue #2- Battlefield 6 GPU Removed Error

Upon the latest update of battlefield 6 ive been getting an error after just a few minutes of gameplay that my gpu was physically removed. I remember getting this error in the first few weeks of launch but it being patched or me finding a fix for it. I havent changed anything lately. I attached a picture of the error (i got one from the internet because i keep forgetting to take a screenshot when it happens so thats why it says 9070xt and not 5070ti).

Issue #3- System performance feels slower than usual

Upon booting up, it feels like it goes through two cycles instead of the regular 20-23 second boot up it takes like 35 seconds. Still havent changed or installed anything new. When playing battlefield 6 it wont even let me have a youtube video open in the background when just a month ago i would be watching a stream, recording my gameplay, and on a chat sharing my screen on discord and be running perfectly fine in the backround. Just while im typing this right now the text is moving so slow and I just have the game idling and just one brave tab open with reddit on it. I have no clue what to do .

Issue #4- A more physical issue but when I got my speakers they are JBL MKII 305p 5" they had a ton of static so I went through the process of trying new cables and bought some really high quality ones. Didnt fix the static feedback so i bought a little usb thing that was supposed to fix the ground amps or whatever but i would just plug my audio interface into that and that into my pc and it removed the feedback. Lately whenever i turn on my pc my audio interface doesnt turn on and i have to unplug the little usb thing and plug it back in and my speakers boom 5 times and then start working. Any fix? Thanks for everything.

I bought battlefield 6 on steam and I’ve been playing it on there for months and am level 500+. I’m getting an Xbox series x tomorrow and am wondering if I can play that same account and save all the progress on my Xbox?
