Me and my mom are trying to plan a trip for mid june to Spain and Italy but I’m not sure if we can do both. Our plan so far is to spend 4 days in Madrid and then go to Italy. We’re still not sure what cities we want to visit in Italy but we were thinking of going to Cinque Terre and Rome. I personally want to see Barcelona as well as Milan. I was wondering which cities are worth visiting in such a short period of time.

My family and I are planning a 10 day trip for mid June and my mom really wants to see Madrid, I want to see Barcelona and we both want italy.

We were thinking of doing 4 days in each country, so for example 4 in Madrid and then 4 in Italy , we’re still not sure exactly what cities to visit in Italy but Rome is definitely on our list.

I just want to know if it’s doable or if we should just stick to Spain and do 4 days in Madrid and 4 in Barcelona and maybe a day trip.
