So I accepted stacked orders one for $6.00 and another for $8.20, after I delivered both orders I noticed it only paid me $8.20.
I contacted DoorDash support and they informed me that customers can exclude their tip from the order at the time of delivery?? So I basically just delivered her food for free?? Since when is that allowed..?
I’ve dashed for YEARS and have never had this issue so I would genuinely like some insight from other drivers.
