- This is a **merchant-controlled EVM address**, tied to my profile, run with their custody partner Mesh—not a self-custody wallet.
- On-chain, the funds **successfully settled**. Because it’s an EVM custodial address, the same key controls it on Avalanche and Ethereum. It is **100% sweepable**.
**The Support Response: “wrong network, can’t recover.”**
- They claimed that because I used Ethereum instead of Avalanche, they were unable to recover or retrieve my funds.
- To prove this excuse was bogus, **I funded that same custodial address with ETH for gas**, so they had everything needed to sweep it in a single transaction. They still refused.

Anyone on **Stake.us** knows they have a dedicated recovery team. If you send to the wrong address, they utilize a clear process, deduct a fee, and return your property. MyPrize instead chose to claim "impossible," seize the full **$357.36 USDC**, and burn a relationship with a **44k volume VIP**.
### **Their settlement games (and missed deal) 🤝💔**
After the “can’t recover” script, they pivoted to payouts:
- Offered **150 USD** (Rejected).
- Offered **300 USD by bank wire** (Rejected).
- I eventually accepted a **300 USDC settlement** with a hard **3:00 PM CST** deadline.
**They missed the deadline.** No 300 USDC was ever sent. Instead, they **disabled my account**, cutting off my access to my rewards and transaction history while still controlling the full 357.36 USDC in their custodial wallet.
