How do you make friends as a corporate working adult? Especially as someone who didn’t take the conventional Uni route.
My Uni was 16 months and part time. Pretty efficient in that I did half of it during NS and still got 4k job after. All this sound like a dream to most people except me cuz it came at the cost of my social life. I have 0 friends from Uni, a few acquaintances from clubs. All of my friends from NS are busy with Uni now as are my friends from Poly (covid did ruin most of my poly days). Pros and cons ofc.
But basically Im now a full working adult with money but barely much time or friends. Wondering how do I meet and befriend people preferably in my demographic (early 20s, Indian or Christian) and actually for deep meaningful friendships while managing a 9-5?
Sports? Volunteering? Churches? Drinking?
Not interested in shallow surface level friendships like how I have with my Uni club mates that occasionally I meet for games.
People in full time Unis have it good I feel, they got the time and frequency for social interaction to form good friendships
