I'm a 17 year old asain male, this is my first reddit post. Ive had sinusitis since i was 13 with basic symptoms such as swollen lymph nodes and headaches, and living day to day with my right nose being blocked.
Mid year of 2024 when i was 15 ive been having lower back pain on my left followed by bad cases of side stitch and overall tight muscles from the external oblique, to my groin, and to my serratus muscle on my right in 2025, and now shoulder clicking on my right in 2026.
I'm not sure what im doing wrong. Ive checked with specialists to see if these were individual problems like if it were a muscle tear or something but they said im perfectly fine. These get real bad too with times ive been bed bound by extreme lower back pain.
Ive also had FESS, doesnt seem to do much though as my right nose is still blocked. I really wish for this sinus stuff to be over, I want to function like a normal person.
