I've had moderate acne since my I was in hs, and ever since im left with a mix of scars, which where annoying as hell so. Started looking into treatments and there is too much to choose. There's microneedling, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, subcision, fillers for scars, etc etc, and I don't know which one applies to which type. Every article recommends a different combination, so I dont know whether to go straight to a dermatologist or spend a few months on niacinamide and AHAs first. My skin is reasonably oily, and I scar fairly easily, which I've read affects which laser options are safe. Budget is around ₹20,000 to 30,000 to start. Not expecting to fix everything at once,but just want to understand what the right first step is so far all I got is a recomendation for the Gomti clinic in lucknow.
