So lucid dreaming for me has always been something that I’ve done. I think it’s because I’m a visual thinker. I don’t know, but it’s generally the way I dream most often

And I’m able to restart dreams if I choose, I want to in other words if I’m having a really good dream and I wake up, I can choose to go back to it just by thinking of it

I think it started for me to be regular when I was going to school and working a few jobs and I taught myself how to power nap and I generally nap nowadays even when I’m not in school the day.

It’s actually one of my favorite things to do. I really enjoy my naps.

But recently, I started experiencing false awakenings and sp and it’s quite frightening and I don’t like it at all so much that I don’t wanna nap anymore

Add to the best of my understanding sp and false awakenings are a type of lucid dreaming

So I’m wondering what I can do to prevent myself from lucid dreaming besides taking alcohol cause I know that helps me not dream that way is there any other things that are far away not to lucid dream?
