Hi,

Im outside UAE and lost my Du postpaid Sim Card.
I need a replacement to get SMS.
Any idea if I can ask a trusted friend in Dubai to go to Du stores and get a replacement sim card for me? Eg if I share my EID with her.
Any experiences?

I also thought about making request to convert my physical sim to eSim via Du app, but the app says it is not possible in my region, maybe I can try an Emirates VPN. But ai prefer to get a physical sim in Dubai via a friend if possible.

Can someone help please?
