AI-native isn't about selling AI. It's about using it to run your business

Running a startup be like:

  • gather data: analytics, social signals, competitors, customer emails
  • then do the work: features request, bugs, blog posts, social content, finding leads and reaching out.
  • Is this working? Update the strategy, repeat

As solo founders we are trying to do this most days, alone

So I built on this idea of having a dedicated personal computer for the business to help me run this loop like a routine.

  • One click to connect every tool I use
  • Any LLM I want (frontier, cheap, open-source, whatever)
  • Dedicated and secured, my data stays self-contained
  • Flexible enough to adapt to how I actually work

The things I like it to help me with:

Alerts me when something is off: stripe webhook failing, low API balance, important customer email sitting too long

Using my todoist app as a way to share what to do for the week with the agent

Researching competitors once in a while and their SEO strategy, finding gaps and writing blog posts drafts and social post ideas

And more generally being able to talk to the agent about strategies and things to do to grow since it knows everything about the company

I'm building an AI notebook to write, research and actually learn

  1. Capture anything into your pages (youtube videos, vocal memos, handwritten note images, files, urls, ...)

  2. Use the page as your learning canvas, this is a real editor, not a chat surface.

  3. Use AI for deep research, editing sections, adding new ones, annotating paragraphs, etc

Once your are satisfied of your page, flip it to create a learning page with flashcards to memorize concepts and socratic dialogues to improve critical thinking.
Automatically track what you've reviewed and schedule review intervals.

After many research and attempts at finding a way to use AI to make me more capable over time instead of simply doing everything for me, I finally came across something simple:

my notes are a graveyard because my tools are disconnected: I consume content in one place, capture notes in another, challenge my notes with AI in a third and try to remember it through sheer willpower.

So I just brought everything into a notebook, that way I can create my own material and my own ways of learning it.

Would love to have your feedback on this, its free
