I’m currently a 3rd year Design student majoring in computing and software systems (just started UX as a double major as well which is stretching my degree to 4 years) and was wondering when/ how to apply for internships?

I feel like I’m late on it but I don’t have any projects I would like to show and I’m not super confident in my skills so I was thinking I should wait a bit and polish my skills but I’m worried I’m already too late.
