Hey guys, I’ve been experiencing this for the past 10 years of my life. I’m currently 18. I just woke up from it and decided to share it with y’all.

It all started around 1 p.m. I felt a pressure in my head and got really dizzy (it was unbearable), but I still decided to push through. I couldn’t take it anymore, so I decided to take a short nap, which wasn’t short at all.

While I was asleep, it started like any normal dream. The dream was about a show I was watching, so it didn’t bother me that much, I think. Suddenly, everything went black, but the craziest part is that I felt awake.

Every time this happens, especially when I cross my arms while sleeping on the sofa, I can move myself, but it’s really hard. It feels like something is pulling me back. Whenever this happens, I try to push my hand and yank it to the side. I almost punched my brother in the face while I was asleep.

What is this? I hope I can get some answers.

As a kid, we would have renovations going on at home. We would have 1 renovation a year mostly it started when I was 10.Im currently 18. None of my family members have done renovations. Whenever renovations take place, we would go and stay in our rooms and not move out to cut on costs. Sometimes we are forced to come out of our rooms to the kitchen. Even though our rooms were closed dust would still be all over our rooms and I would sleep on our bed with dust. I know it was stupid . Whenever we passed by the kitchen we would get a couple of whiffs of the concrete or cement or dust from breaking down walls. We would be forced to sleep in our dusty rooms for at least a week since there was no point cleaning up since it's gonna get dirty again eitherway. I'm scared of the concrete or exposure which I have gotten. I havent spoken to my parents about it. This has been going on for 8 years. After I thought about it , I started getting shortness of breath. Now I'm scared of breathing in anything. I'm scared of breathing in deodorant spray cans since it constains voc and dozens more. I just need you to tell me I'll be ok. Is my exposure low. I have also vaped for 6 months in my life and quit due to health concerns. I'm currently 4 months free
