When I affirm something, I want to know if I should direct affirmations only toward the end goal or if I should also include the means.

Imagine I want a certain amount of money. I’ll aim high. Let’s say I want to make $10,000 per day. I believe this is an amount that is completely outside the reality for most people in the world, right? That’s because most people don’t have the opportunities, contacts, or anything like that for these kinds of things.

So this is a value that isn’t even something they consider. And I’d even say that I’m one of those people.

But imagine that I want this amount.

Do you think I should affirm only in a direct way, like “I have a daily income of $10,000,” or do you think I should also affirm other things, like “thousands of millionaire opportunities find me every day,” something like that?

Do you think I should do that, or do you think I should stay focused only on the final goal, which is earning that amount itself?

Do you think I should also focus on opportunities, affirm for having a good network related to money, anything like that?

Do you think I should focus only on the end, or also on the means?

What do you think I should do?

I wanted to ask you all something.

Does listening to affirmations have the same effect as repeating them mentally?

I’m asking because sometimes I feel mentally exhausted. I work from home, and my job requires a lot of mental energy throughout the day, so most of the time I’m simply not able to keep affirming things in my mind consistently.

Because of that, I started thinking about an alternative: recording an audio with my own voice repeating the exact same affirmations I would normally repeat mentally.

The idea would be to make something well-structured, like:

- recording clean audio, without background noise;

- organizing the repetition of the affirmations properly;

- adding a pleasant background sound, like sound waves or some kind of binaural beats;

- and letting it play for long periods of time.

I can easily do that, so I started considering this option.

But recently this doubt came up: would listening to this kind of audio have the same effect as repeating affirmations mentally in a robotic way?

In your opinion:

- would the audio be superior, inferior, or equivalent?

- which one would be more effective?

- which one would potentially be faster?

Thinking mainly about speed and effectiveness, which one do you think would make the subconscious accept a new idea more easily?
