I’m (18m) moderately experienced in working out and eating in a deficit. Over the past year and some change, I went from 250 to 175 under a 1900 calorie diet. I had a shoulder injury that lasted a few months which really threw me off and I’ve struggled very hard trying to get back on track. I ballooned up to 185 within a month or two after the injury, but roughly 7 months later I’m 205. I can’t get my diet or workouts back in check for the life of me. I’ve been great under this diet before, I just don’t know what changed and why it’s so hard to get back on track. I have late night food binges a lot. Any help or advice would seriously be appreciated.
