I've always been a good student who studies well but lately I find myself sitting for hours in front of my books without being able to accomplish anything at all. I’m currently in my final year of high school which is the most critical year of my life and I’ve completely hit a wall.
Suddenly I’ve lost all motivation and passion for studying and it’s like I literally can’t even bring myself to sit at my desk. To make things worse my sleep schedule is completely ruined and I can’t regulate it no matter how hard I try and I’ve developed a serious addiction to TikTok just to escape reality.
My mental health is at an all-time low and I’m currently in the middle of my mock exams with less than a month and a half left until the official finals. I feel completely paralyzed and out of control. Has anyone else gone through this sudden burnout right before finals? How do you break the TikTok addiction and fix your sleep when you're this stressed? I really need some advice.
