Hi,

I'm currently wondering whether I should remain in the Alpha Scheme or leave and invest the amount into a SIPP/my Stocks ISA.

I understand the huge deal with the Alpha scheme, and why its such a great pension but i just want some thoughts on the best way forward for me.

I plan to almost 100% move into the private sector within 3-4 years. I am currently a HEO at 24 yrs old. I am VERY fortunate to still be living with my family and therefore manage to invest a minimum of £1k a month into my ISA. Will i be better off remaining in Alpha, or investing myself into a SIPP/more into my ISA
