How do you guys deal with the "Favors" when asking family in India for help?
Same as title
How are you guys handling the logistics of being there without actually being there?
Any advice?

I'm a local looking into the "NRI Support" space in Surat and South Gujarat. I’ve noticed a recurring pattern: NRIs are caught between "App-based services" (which don't handle physical stuff well) and "The Relative" (which comes with a heavy dose of guilt).
Help me find the gaps in my reasoning:
1. When was the last time you had a logistical problem in Surat (e.g., a hospital visit for parents, a leaky pipe, or a society dispute) but chose NOT to ask a family member because you didn't want to "burden" them? What did you do instead?
2. For property owners: How are you actually verifying that SMC taxes or DGVCL bills are settled? Do you trust the apps 100%, or do you just "hope for the best" until you visit?
3. I’m talking about things that feel too "small" to fly back for, but too "awkward" to ask a relative to do, like hiring/managing a maid for parents, inspecting a property after a tenant leaves, or doing the legwork for a hospital admission. Does this paid service concept even exist in your circle, or is it 100% "Ask Uncle"?
I’m trying to see if there’s a real need for a professional partner who is just your "hands and feet" in India, or if the informal way is working fine for you.
Please be brutal. (No links, no DMs, no sales. Just want to know if this is a real pain point or if I'm overthinking it.)
