Does anyone have info on sublease around college ave, preferably around Huntington St that can be subleased for three-four weeks?

I'm an International grad student graduating this week, my​ mom came all the way from our country and​ originally planned to stay at her friend's but there's an emergency situation there.

My landlord doesn't want to sublease the empty upstairs room so we're trying to get any available room for two people near our place. My lease ended at the end of this month but we're probably staying until June (still figuring out whether to leave on the first week or staying until end of grace period).
