Does anyone know if the below means I will OR will not receive a payout?

‘We're writing in response to your recent complaint. We're sorry that you've had reason to raise a complaint.
We can confirm that your agreement did not involve a discretionary commission.
As you may know, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is looking into how commissions were paid in the past for motor finance.
This means we cannot provide a response to your complaint until after the FCA has finished its review and decided what to do next. The FCA has therefore given firms until after 31 May 2026 to provide a final response.
We'll contact you if we need more information, otherwise, you don't need to do anything.
