Being summoned for $1k CC debt, how do I proceed (help!)
Owed Credit one $997 and never paid it off now they are suing me. I just received my summon last night so I’m aware I have to file an answer with the court within 21 days. How do I do that? I looked up form MC 03 online so I can file online and send it to the court? I’m very confused as I never been in this situation before. I plan on paying back the debt in payment plan if that possible but just don’t want it to go to court
