basically the title!! i understand that it is best served between 2-3 days, however due to scheduling conflicts i unfortunately have to keep the cake for 7 days T_T i’ve done this before in 2023 and the cake turned out fine!! however i was wondering if anyone knows what temperature my fridge should ideally be set to for the best preservation of the frosting (for safe measures) :D
