I’m 15y/o and was curious about soft washing, I already have an old motor, alligator clips, tank, a hose, and a mode of transportation, all of the listed items I had lying around from my grandpa and dads old stuff/ tools, I don’t wanna clean roofs just bc that is way too risky and I don’t wanna go through bringing a big ladder with me, any tips, or suggestions on what else to add to my shopping cart, or what else I could soft wash other than roofs? I heard wooded fences are a good starting point but idk as most people on YouTube are soft washing roofs
So, I’m a kicker 15yo, and am hitting 38 yards, I have been focusing more and a repeatable kick than anything and wanted to know what workouts to do to truely see improvement specifically distance improvement
I do football workouts with the team whic lower body consist of
A squat ( back, front, zercher or box squat)
A deadlift( regular, sumo, trapbar, Jefferson
And then 3 sets of 4 different auxiliaries ( there’s like 8 so I’m not gonna name all of them but things like leg press and ankle mobility stuff
I get that kicking especially distance comes with time and work but I want to make sure I’m on the right track right path as the guy in front of me who is also a freshman and has been playing defensive so soccers is close to cracking 50 yards.
