As the owner of a small repair company, I always have cash flow anxiety, is there a better way to ensure recurring income? If so, what do you do, and how did you get to the position?

We are a mobile and computer repair shop, our owner would like to put repair contracts in place.
Do you have a marketplace or somewhere to reach out to this type of client? Thanks
