Hi everyone,

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I’ve noticed that my cellular data stops working whenever I’m on a phone call. I first noticed it while using CarPlay. If I was on a call, Google Maps wouldn’t fully load until the call ended.

It happened again today during a work call. I tried opening Outlook, but nothing would load. As soon as I hung up, all my notifications came through and everything started working normally again.

I checked with my sister, who also uses Verizon, and she isn’t having this issue. She also has an iPhone 17 Pro Max.

This only happens when I’m on cellular data during a call. It works fine when I’m connected to Wi-Fi.

Is anyone else experiencing this with Verizon, or could there be something wrong with my phone?
