Hello,

New to the HOA game. We bought a house in a new community at our last HOA meeting from my understanding the builder is finally done and handed over full responsibility to the HOA. We have a community park with two basketball hoops and one of the hoops has been broken since mid-February. At the last meeting which was March 18 they said they were getting quotes for repairs, but to this day it’s still not fixed. I’ve emailed, left voicemails but have not received a reply.

My question is how long should repairs as simple as a basketball hoop really take and should be acceptable?
