Hello, I recently received my csq and i started gathering all the documents for federal stage. I applied for PCC to last week but the processing time to get that certificate is around 2 months. I dont want to wait that long yo submit my file. Can i submit it without PCC by adding a LoE, and proof of applied PCC? I can submit the certificate via webform later?
