Trying to tighten down the hand guards to the barrel nut, but it will not get snug even though the clamp gap is closed

How do I get the hand guards to stay put?
Disregard the long ass bolts currently on there I tried all sizes of the M4s

Forgot to check pa6-cf before starting the print. Ran out exactly at half
