Hi!!! I already posted this on another toefl subreddit, but I am desperate for advice so I decided to post here as well.

For context, i took my TOEFL ibT today. I need to score a minimum of 95 points to be eligible for a masters degree I am interested in.

Everything went well through most of the exam but in the writing section, I experienced problems with the keyboard, specifically when attempting to type question marks. I asked staff how to type them and they told me they didn’t know. A staff member approached to assist me with the issue (by trying different key combinations). However, during this process, she accidentally deleted half of my written email. 😭

I was able to rewrite the missing paragraph but I had to do so under significant time pressure. I do think I fulfilled the task requirements (minus the missing question marks, I just write periods instead 😭😭😭) but now I’m just super anxious.

I really need to get those 95 points. Do you think this is still possible if my other skills have solid scores? I got a 5.5 in reading, a 6.0 in listening and I think my speaking is good enough (I was consistently getting 5.50/6.0 scores for that skill in sample tests)….

Also, would you advise me to do anything? Can I email ETS and explain the situation? Do you think that would help? I’m just so sad about the whole ordeal.
