Just curious people’s experiences. I am going to have $200,000 to $300,000 in medical bills. Lawyer said settlements usually 2 times current plus future medical costs and the goal is for me to end up with about half the settlement after lawyer and medical costs. It’s a commercial case so they said shouldn’t be a limits issues.
