Questions about MSU

Hello ive decided to drop out of a course from politeknik shah alam (the two uni is close by) and pursued my interest to study law in msu. However im a B40 and just now realising that this might be a bad idea. First of all, the counsellor that i met was nice but i feel like shes a but persistent. She said I get a rebate by term that i continue my degree there aswell. i was like okay sure, sounds like a deal (im planning to take ptptn for that) anyways enough about that, im taking foundation and told me that i only need to settle the fees bfr the last semester ends, thats fair. I still got time to save up bcs ill be working part-time while studying. So she told me that i only need to pay rm300 for the registration fee (and i did) but then i read the offer letter and saw that they want me to pay rm200 for medical check-up? this wasnt mentioned in the fee structure btw. and now this counsellor ghosted me after im registering. so TLDR: im scared of hidden fees 😭🙏 my parents wont be able to afford it, plus im renting so i have to pay that too. also i heard about students having to join unnecessary events (mandatory) to graduate but it costs a fortune? pls tell me more about that. Lastly, ppl saying that they couldnt submit assignment / take exams if they havent paid the semester's fee. technically im on "scholarship" but whos to say thats not also gonna happen to me? bfr u blame a B40 like me by dropping out of poli and entering here, consider the fact that i faced bullying in poli and it affected my grades!
