I found an old prius for a pretty good price but there was an accident with a biological hazard- should I still get it?

It looks pretty clean but I'd love some advice on if I should avoid this car or what to look out for! I lowkey don't really get what biohazard fully means either... Is there a way to find how serious the accident was?

The 2014 comes with free lifetime super charging and is 12k$ before fees while the 2019/20s I've seen are at least $15k both with around 100k miles. I want this car for a few years so I'm curious which one is better for it's cost and which will deplete in value more!

The Tesla is 13k while the Prius is 11k with around 80k miles on both. I really want to get an energy efficient car preferably electric with minor upkeep. I’m in the second half of college and want a car that can make long hauls when I need to travel (I’m moving 800 miles this summer for an internship) and also last well. I likely won’t be driving it daily most of the year until I graduate but I’m not sure what type of commuting I’ll be doing after. I like to use public transit/walk/bike as much as possible so I want a car I can also sell for a good price in a few years if I find I don’t need it or in a few years to downgrade if I don’t use it enough. I also haven’t ever owned an electric car but I’m in an area with a lot of them. I’d love any advice on electric cars, these options, and what to expect in general, thank you!!
