Sleeping 8 hours but still tired?

Hello! I’m 19M and I sleep from around 9-10pm to 6-7am and i usually get more than 8 hours. but recently i’ve been sleepy during the middle of the day like 12-3 and i’ve been falling asleep and taking a nap. yesterday i slept like 3 hours during the day but i still got 8 hours of sleep that night so idk i feel like sleeping 11-12 hours a day is too much. it’s summer so im not really doing anything. It could also be the supplements im taking ive been taking omega3 magnesium glycinate and zinc before bed and ive read somewhere else that it takes a while for the body to get used to magnesium glycinate so it might just be that. i’ve felt like it might be that as i’ve been having nightmares and waking up during the night. tonight im going to wear an apple watch so i can track my sleep and see how long im actually awake for. I think ive answered my own question but if anyone else has any input that’d be greatly appreciated

hello everyone! I am 19M and i’m currently at 240 lbs. I am going to start on ozempic I have 1mg pins and I have no idea really what i’m doing but i’m really dedicated to start doing things but I wanna make sure i’m doing things right to get the best results. This means like how should i exercise how should I eat etc. if anyone can offer advice that would be perfect :)
