Has anyone filed CP-5 Form?
Is there anyone here who practices in Insolvency/IBC matters or any trainee handling CIRP filings?
I want to understand how the “cost” is calculated while filing CP-5 for a company under CIRP, especially what amount needs to be considered and how the calculation/workings are prepared.
