Hello everyone,

So this thing got me worried.

So on April 4 I had my seton removal and a full fistulotomy.

In the initial few days, obviously i had lot of pain and i recovered from it.

I'm able to sit now and everything, almost getting a normal feeling.

Drainage is still happening lightly not very much.

So all is good

Except when I'm passing bm now, in the beginning i feel some pain, like a stretch pain

Not understanding if it's due to wound stretching or I'm a little constipated. And there will be some light burning for sometime

Did anyone face similar pain in there healing?
