Update: Paying under minimum wage

location: England

Here was my original post - https://www.reddit.com/r/LegalAdviceUK/comments/1t3cjyl/writing_1_star_google_review_on_my_employer/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

So, the owner ask me to come back to the store after more than 5 weeks not working there because I sent a letter requested p60, and payslips.

She said she can pay me £8 per hour instead of minimum wage because the contract is legal. I told her its not, contract is illegal. She was adamant that it was legal, and that I can check with HMRC.

She said she never had any problem in the last 6 years, so she told me to report her. She doesn't owe me anything.

She also sent me p45 couple days ago, and put the leave date more than 1 month ago. She also provided the 2 months payslip I requested, but she didn't put the hours. She said she doesn't need to put the hours because of the HMRC software she use.

She also she the shop wasn't busy, and it slow so we didn't need you. But, I know the fact, she keep asking other staffs to work extra because she has no one else.

Overall, i have it all recorded.

Hi, my employer has been paying me under minimum wage, refused to give me payslip and ignoring me. I have already reported her to HMRC, and she not giving me any shifts cause I reporter her. So, can I write a google review because it is factual? They dont have glassdoor obviously.

I work in a small mini supermarket in the corner shop run by a b1tch who would try to squeeze every minute of you.

Also the other employees who work in the store as well, do not get paid holiday or pensions despite working there for more than year.

EDIT: I don't need a new job. I just want to state on the google review, she paid me under minimum wage. That is a fact, that is all. I have copy of the contract. Nothing else.
