Ideally modern-day where MC is involved in politics in some way. Preferably not royalty or mafia-related.

I read Under His Protection ages ago and loved how you got to navigate political decisions as the MC. Something like that would be cool.

Saw this on Twitter. I looked it up and saw other articles from Reuters and Al Jazeera about it too, from a few years ago.

What possible rationale could there be for this? Genuine question. As a woman, I’m so horrified. I’m tired of us being seen as less than cattle.
