9 Month old bad sleep

Any advice would be helpful.

9 month old currently waking about 5 times a night. Schedule is currently 3/3.5/4 with a morning nap of 1.5 hours and afternoon nap of 1 hour.

Will wake anywhere from 5-7 each morning and goes to sleep at 7.15pm. Night routine has been the same since birth and with bath, bottle and bed. Currently contact naps as will not sleep longer than 30 mins otherwise but happy to do so.

HELP! 9 Months

Baby is 9 months old and wakes up constantly through the night screaming and crying.

Naps are 1.5 hours and 1 hour. Currently on a 3/3.5/4 schedule. Some days are different if we go out and about for the day.

Currently contact naps as doesn't settle in the cot for more than 30 mins.

Any advice would be helpful please
