Duel Wielding Shadow Monk Feat. Sentinel vs Skulker

Question for my fellow optimizers. I am playing a Monk 3/Fighter 1 Two-weapon fighting Shadow Monk and will be getting a level up soon. I am going Monk 4, and I am wondering what feat I have since I have 17 dex. I am stuck between Sentinel and Skulker. And wondering what is more broadly useful.

For Sentinel, I can see the ability to ignore disengages as useful. Additionally, reducing an enemy's movement speed to 0 after an OoA will help keep enemies in the darkness. Meanwhile, Skulker gives Blindsight, which is useful when fighting in area with limited visibility that isn't darkness. But the other part of the feat don't seem useful for my playstyle of getting in and attacking.

I want a feat that I really get to use across the campaign.
