The race is about 12 weeks away now. This will be my first time doing 50+ miles of running. I have done three marathons in the last two months and averaging about 90+ miles a week. But I’m feeling pretty drained at this point and I want to just take like a week off maybe before resuming. I don’t think I’ll lose any fitness, but does anyone have advice for how to tackle this race? I feel like I have a good base but marathons aren’t the same as doing two marathons in a row. I am female if that matters and in my 30s.
