I’m sharing this as a warning to anyone in the alternative/western scene considering buying from the brand Western Evil. Their customer service is nonexistent, their business practices are shady, and the owner is incredibly unprofessional.
Here is exactly what happened:
• Refused Basic Sizing Info: I wanted to order their Death's Head Moth shirt. Their site had no size chart. When I messaged them simply asking for pit-to-pit measurements (since alt-brand sizing is notoriously inconsistent), they completely refused to give them, telling me it was "size accurate."
• Held My Order Hostage: I placed the order anyway. They sat on my money for weeks without shipping the item or providing a single update.
• Cancelled Without Explanation: After weeks of waiting in the dark, they abruptly cancelled my order. No email explaining why, no apology, nothing.
• STILL NO REFUND: Despite cancelling the order on their end, I still have not received my money back.
• Silenced my review: I went to their company page to share my experience. Instead of fixing the issue, they removed my message and restricted my access so I couldn't warn other customers.
• Petty Retaliation: The icing on the cake? After cutting me off, I received an email from the owner stating that because I left them a negative review, they are permanently refusing my business in the future. As if I would ever give them another dime after they stole my money the first time.
If you value your money and expect even a shred of professional decency, avoid Western Evil at all costs. I’m currently having to go through my bank to initiate a chargeback just to get my money back for an item they refused to ship.
