I will NEVER LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AGAIN.! I’ve learned my lesson

We have been living in the place for just about 9 months. My husband and I had just transferred out of active-duty military life and were trying to rebuild our credit in order to buy.
We had two toddlers at the time, and I had just given birth to a baby boy who was around 2 months old, so he co-slept in our room.
We moved into a third-floor (top floor) after reading the review of the apartment complex and I didn’t want our newborn son woken up to upstairs noise
We have lived here for 8 months and my youngest son just started walking
A new neighborhood just moved beneath us and it’s been him coming up to the door multiple times and writing noise complaints
We don’t do loud music
We don’t jump rope
My toddlers do walk around and run occasionally but I redirect them
My 11-month-old does fall occasionally as he has just learned to walk
Both of my toddlers are in school most days from 8;30 to 4:30 then in tae Keon do from 5:15 to 5:45
They got to sleep from 6:30- 7:30
And on the weekends we are out all day from around 10 am to around 5pm to 8pm
Like bitch what fuck they are going to make noise but I’m trying to be as considerate as possible and they are outside a lot of the day it’s really to the point where I’m scared of even being in the house however I’ve learned my lesson I will never do apartment living ever again
I’m going to attach the other reviews that my neighbors had access to before moving in
If I could crawl into the ceiling and make the floor sound proof i would.
I know all the kid haters are going to be all over this
